Ordered and paid for a product which did not meet the specific requirements requested upon purchase and failed delivery on a timely manner. I was not informed that product ordered would not meet expectations and no explanation was provided prior to delivery attempt which was 48 hs. after initial delivery was scheduled. Business representative is not returning my calls and business is ignoring refund requests.
Product_Or_Service: Treadmill
Refund Explained to sales rep multiple times that product was needed ASAP due to mine's and my husband's health condition which requires daily physical exercise.
purchase a treadmill and a bench.
She cam to inspect the treadmill and was ok with it, when we delivered she rejected the treadmill because she wanted one with TV, we told her it'll take a few days for us to install one or that she could take another on silver color but would an additional cost.
She didn't want to pay nor wait and return the treadmill. We didn't charge her restocking fee, refund was made asap, after the accounting department review and approved. I believe there was some miscommunication but we cancel the sale as requested.
No wrong doing here.
I would like to send the invoice in which very clear doesn't mention tv and a prove of the refund to her credit card.
I will reply with proof to the email received.
