Review: Order a part on 8/22/13 said part was shipped on 8/28/13 USPS 2 day delivery. it is now 9/6/13 and no part I've tried calling and emailed. one email response on 9/5/13 stating he had a baby and will get back to me when in office on next day which is today. I called and emailed again and no response. they have charged my credit card and I have not received the part. Desired Settlement: refund, I did not receive part.

Hello, The customer had placed an online order for an auto part that we had to outsource directly from the manufacturer. The customer ordered an EGR Valve Part# [redacted] on 8/22/13 and the electronic label was created on 08/28/13 right before the holiday weekend, the part was received on the 09/02/13 and was shipped out right away. The USPS tracking number was [redacted], the part was delivered on 09/09/13 in the morning. I had emailed the customer telling him that the order would take longer to fulfill due to the fact that the items had to be outsourced, and he agreed. I had also mentioned to him that I would be away during the week of the shipment due to my daughter's birth, but I told him that I left all the work done including shipping label and instructions with the warehouse manager to ship out order as soon as item was received. The customer did in fact called me a few times and also sent a few emails but I had limited service at the hospital and only replied when I had a chance. I have contacted the customer he confirmed that the part was received and installed without any issues but the money is still on hold. Thank You
