Best Value Auto Sales Inc.

Review: I bought a [redacted] from Best Value Auto Sales in Fredericksburg, VA on January 23, 2015. The state inspection sticker says it was inspected January 2015 and passed with an expiration of January 2016. Two days later on January 25 I was forced to take it to the repair facility I use after experiencing rubbing on the tires from the wheel well of the car when making left and right turns. The repair facility told me the tires were too big for the car. The repair facility, COHO Automotive, also told me the [redacted] should have never passed state inspection after I told them to look over the car for any more problems. The items they found that should never passed inspection were a wheel cylinder leak, faulty struts on the front and rear assemblies, faulty defroster mode actuator, and a bad driving axle. A week later on February 5 I was forced to repair the front and rear strut assemblies at Coho Automotive. I believe Best Value misrepresented this vehicle with the passed inspection sticker when I purchased the vehicle.Desired Settlement: As a result of the misrepresentation of the inspection sticker on the part of Best Value on the safety of this car I would request a refund of the amount I spent buying the car. This would amount to $3798.
