I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Their comments are false. I had someone with me each time I took the truck back (It was 4 times not 3). It was also taken in once while I was in the hospital by my nephew and brother. So yes, I have witnesses to the unprofessional way we were treated. There was NO buyers remorse. The truck was what I wanted. They also make no comments that the repairs that were supposed to be done to the truck prior to pick up and were not. The repairs were not done. The repairs that were done are all related to each other. I've been in the auto repair business for 30+ years, professionally. The ad posted on [redacted] had the truck at $11,000.00. The value of my trade in was far above that. I have heard other complaints about this "business" before and after I got a truck from them.

The customer, we believe, is suffering from buyer's remorse. He decided he did not want the truck he had purchased and, in his effort to create a case for returning it, he has distorted and misstated almost every event that took place during this transaction. First, he purchased the truck on 9/3/15,...

not 9/16/13. Second, the purchase price was $10,000, not $11,000. Third,he brought the truck back to us three times, not four. Fourth, each problem repaired was separate, distinct and unrelated to any previous repair - not just 1 problem. He brought the truck back to us three times, each with a separate and distinct problem that we fixed for him. After each repair, the truck was driven through a complete drive cycle to make sure the check engine light did not return. Each of these separate repairs was a minor one that did not in any way affect the operation of the vehicle. One repair was a small evap leak, one was a cam position sensor and the third was a small crack in the fuel pump housing. None of these separate repairs were covered by any warranty, neither the NYS Lemon Law Warranty nor any other warranty, either stated or implied, and he was not charged for any of these separate repairs, even though the third one was sent to an outside shop at a cost to us of $321. Several weeks after the completion of these three courtesy repairs, the buyer called us to say that he had encountered another problem and had taken it to an outside shop and had it repaired and he wanted us to pay for it. This repair was unrelated to any of the previous three and, because he did not give us the opportunity to look at it first,we declined to pay for it. Certainly, it is unfortunate that any of these separate repair problems occurred at all. On the one hand they caused an inconvenience to the buyer. On the other hand, these courtesy repairs were done - at least the ones he reported to us - at no cost to him. Plus, it did not help that that his approach to us was by using vulgar cursing, intimidation and threats to ruin our good name. He said he would  us up good by any means he could find". Sooner or later, every dealer has to deal with a buyer like this - one who uses threats and intimidation but, in this case, his buyer's remorse is no excuse for his inaccurate and dishonest complaint.
