This is Alvaro o[redacted] the owner of Best Value Automotive we recently had a complaint from [redacted] who purchased a 2010 Mazda 3 Hatchaback. will have a new one put it on, so within a couple of weeks after the sale we got the skit it but we had a miss communication between the body shop and the customer about setting up a time to install it. Time went by and the part got lost. 7 months later customer contact us about their part needed to be put on the car, so we went ahead and shop for another part, however we didnt had luck finding one righ away. We ordered one from a local wrecking yard but the car got smashed before they took the part out. We have receipts to prove that we paid for the part, then we call around and found another one which got sent us to us in 4 bussiness day, we explained the customer what was going on and she accused us that we didnt want to fix it. then she went online and file for a complaint, and after all of this we still got the part and fix it for her. I just want to let you know that im the type of bussiness owner that will always take care of my customers. Thank you very much.
