I am rejecting this response because:The information the business sent is not correctNo refund was made for the carThe check that was issued (8/29) was part of the arrangement to fix the clock spring in the steering wheel because multiple attempts by Best Value's mechanics could not find what was causing the head lights, tail lights, and blinkers not to work(document is the date and time we went to see *** third mechanic) At that point our only option was to take the car to a Nissan mechanicMy mother took the car into a Nissan dealership where they found the cause of the problem and a list of other issues with the carNissan expressed their concern about the condition of the car and they advised us that they believe the odometer was rolled back"There is no way this car is in the condition at 110,miles." There are some serious issue with the tie rods and struts(LEFT FRONT STRUT BLOWN OUT.) The total list of repairs needed is in the Nissan document attached with this rejectionThe cost of repairs is more than the car is worth and almost double what we paid totalBest Value Auto's was contacted multiple times about returning the carThey said they do not do refunds and that they would not take it backWe have also filed a complaint with the DMV because the car was sold without a legitimate inspection doneThey were not up front about the condition of the carThe only money given to us was a check for $(8/29)for half of the repair cost of the clock springWe paid the rest to get the car in a somewhat drive-able conditionThe dispute was made because the lack of corporation and communication from BVAThey would not take the car back, They sold a lemon and were not upfront about the condition of the carThey issued inspection stickers for the car without it properly being inspectedThe front wheels could fall off at any point during driving (advised not to drive the car long distances by the Nissan mechanic)They also wrote refund on the check in a sneaky attempt to say they gave a refund for the car when they knew it was for the steering wheel clock spring.

I bought this car I didn't have a full 30 days with this car he never answerd his phone after that day When the car had stopped I had called and asked for my money back he said no no refund as a buisness
 Your customer service lack and it shows a shceme them prices was to high for the cars you was selling the only reason I bought it to help me get backPresidential and forward to work and to get my Daughter that car broke down while my baby was in the car and you still dont care. Sir thats important to me as a business man you lack honesty because you said it was a good car you lied if I cant get it all I want at least half of my money back please and thank you

Your message was received today via email. Attached is a bill of sale showing our company policy on use car. It was explained to him and when he called to report the issue, he was using harsh words which was also recorded. A case report has been filed also against him. Please Keep me informed .
