Review: Although they claimed they could not print my poster at the requested 42x72 size, the charged me for that size $145.70. They claimed they could only print it as large as 36x60 (email train preserved as evidence), but then delivery a fuzzy 21x36 poster. The claim is willful ignorance of the PDF property dimensions, something [redacted] and not other printer was limited by. This appears to be their M.O. judging by other comment online.

So not only did they not print the agreed upon, transacted size, but they charged me for a larger print and delivered a smaller one that was of poor quality.

Repeated phone calls go unanswered, both during and after the transaction, and they are currently refusing to make good on this breach.

Donal A H[redacted].Desired Settlement: I wish to have material compensation for the faulty product, which also caused me to pay a second time at a competent printing service ([redacted] did it in a day), and for the last second scramble before the IACP Conference including the stress and extra time to write and file multiple requests and claims.
