Review: I ordered a product from the company through [redacted]. The company sent me a cheap knock off of the item. I contacted the seller and was told that they sent the wrong item on accident and if I would return the item they would send the correct item and refund me for return shipping. I have all the messages between us to prove this. I returned the item and now the company is ignoring me. I have not received the correct item or my refund as of todays date.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for my return shipping as well as receive the correct item or at least by refunded my return shipping, the original shipping, and the price of the item I purchased. I want this company to realize they can not take advantage of people.
