And please while you are at fixing complaints, there should be people answering the phone at the corporate officeThis is another indication that your company is "SHADY" for a lack of a better word! The company has refunded the purchase price to my credit card account.  Although they did not refund the shipping costs I incurred at their request and on their behalf as required by the FTC, I accept this response anyway.

Hello To Whom this concerns, As of March 1st we recently updated our cancellation and refund process after several changes within our Management team in the our corporate office. Each candidate case will be review & processed through the proper channels and will be issued a refund within 7 to 10...
