I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
And again I will state that we did nt remove smoke detector all smoking was done outside for my child has cf and can not be around smoke for medical reasons also when breaker did shut off nothing was said to us about it, bit to make sure everything was shut offAlso my boyfriend told front desk the day he booked the room that there would be me him and children the dog again stayed ine night and ledt by morning and days went by after dog stayed and still nothing was saidLight was already out and handel to dooe was broke and I also have pictures from day one that we got there where the handel was sitting on ac unit outside that was brought to the attention of the staffIf nothing is done threw this its ok I will get a my lawyer involved and health and safety

booked a room as there is 1 adult and 3 kids going to stay. There is a limit to stay in one room, so front desk explain regards issue over limit people, but still they ignore front desk regards this issue. We do not allow in one room 5 people and pet.2.     As per fire dept. and our insurance agency, we do not allow cooking in a room for a safety reason. We do see complaint in our logbook regards electric breaker in room turned off, and this is a reason that when they cook in room, our electric breaker for a room turned off automatic. So there is a violation that they cook in a room. 3.     We checked their room and there is a lot of stuff in one room with many people and cooking set as well everywhere. Also there is open food and trace everywhere on table and floor also. This brings a roaches and spider in a room. We do see smoke cigarettes buds as well.4.     We do see that smoke detector was taken off from ceiling. So this is a violation. And this room is non-smoking as well. 5.     We do see balcony light bulb was taken off from light fixture. So they can seat in a dark at balcony. We do not allow any customer to open light fixture and take out bulb. 6.     We do see that sliding door handle was broke by customer. Please see attached picture of room also. I m sending you more picture by another email because size limit. So finally we made a decision to provide you a refund and leave a place for our hotel, future guest safety as well. we did refund for a night they had left over, we kept money for night they stayed here. We credit our success in the lodging industry to providing good service and quality accommodations at affordable prices. ------Sincerely,[redacted]Manager
