This particular client has guidelines that say we have to forward vendor invoices directly to them for payment. As such, we have sent the request for payment, the invoice, and W-9. Our first request was actually made on 4/25/to which the adjuster responded on 4/via email
stating that he would need an invoice and a W-to issue the retainer fee. and we continued to include the request in our reports We asked *** for both and provided them to Liberty the same day. Unfortunately the payment request did not make it to right party within their organization so it was not paid. I received approval today to pay this directly so the check for $3,will be going out immediately to Mr***.
