Best vendors owns and operates vending machines at Lowe’s store # [redacted] at [redacted] Clermont, FlOn a daily basis anyone who uses cash, gets their money stolen by their snack machineWe have made multiple complaints to company, but this issue never gets fixedWe have about employees who use this machine daily and I can guarantee you everyone that has used this machine has been ripped off and lost their money and the machine does not dispense the product selectedWe are extremely disappointed and angry that the machine has never been replaced and continues to steal our money

On October 13th I went to the vending machine located at my job ( [redacted] at [redacted] Garden City New York) to buy a snackI entered $made my selection and got nothing On Monday 10/believing the machine was fixed I went to make another purchase cause I thought the machine was fixed and I lost another $I called Best Vendors for a refund and they said they would issue an e-check via an email link that would take a few days I did not receive the email and I called them again (3times) on 10/ Again they said they would send me an email with a link which I never received I called again on 10/and told them I did not get any link and to send a paper check, they agreed and said it would take about 6-weeks for me to receive it Never got it Called again on 11/to inform them that I got no check and the rep told me that is because they don’t have an address on file for meOn 12/I received a call from Canteen Farmingdale who are responsible for issu
