Took my 13 year old cat in because he was sick before I even took him in I called and explained my financial situation I just moved to the area, just started a job, they said no problem the first visit was free and they would hold a check until I got paid after they took the blood work then they told me they would not send it out if they were holding the check until they could cash the check. The next day they called and said my kitty was very sick to bring him back in he needed fluids for a day or 2 to get his kidneys working again all the while telling Dr. [redacted] I really can't afford it he reassured me that he would do a payment plan with me. % days later after calling everyday multiple times because you can never get a straight answer from staff and speaking to the Dr. and him telling me one more day and yes I'll work out a payment plan I went to pick up my cat and he would not give him to me unless I had half of a $860.00 bill. I was humiliated and belittled in the waiting area in front of the other customers and brought to tears by the rude staff behind the desk. I Pray for them. Horrible place. And my cat is still sick.
