We did not except the fence after install! I personally went outside in my backyard and talked to your guys on separate occasionsI contacted Mark and we also contacted Chad that we have issues with the fenceWe have documented dates of calls, emails, plus photos that we have sent showing our concernsWould love to have you and the Revdex.com come over and take a look at the yard and where the property line is and where the fence was installedAgain!!! WE did NOT have a say as to where to placement of the fence or the colorWe were asked to go in on a good neighbor fence and at that time my husband [redacted] agreed to this but even then expressed what our concerns wereWe paid $at that timePlus we stated our concerns when you guys were back in the neighbors yard digging the holes for the fencepost and when they were installingWe had NOT done any landscaping except with the removal of the original chainlink fence that you neglected to remove! If you call shoving rocks and logs to fill in the gaps as landscaping then we are guilty of only that! Yes we still owe $but it will cost us more than that to fix this issue if we did it ourselvesTo hire out would cost well over thatI have new photos taken yesterday showing our lovely "landscaping" (see attached)Again I have NO problem paying the money due - but what I DO have a issue is for having to pay for a job not finished to what we were told! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted]

I spoke with *** this morning. We make no representation that the homeowner's yard will not be impacted by our workIn fact, we explicitly say the opposite - we are doing construction in their yard and their yard will be impacted by us being thereUpon completion of us using our equipment, the
***s felt as though the impact was excessiveWithout agreeing with their assessment, we originally offered to come help do additional landscaping work on their property to try to collect an unpaid balance and work towards having a happy customerAt some point during the process, it became clear that they were not going to be willing to pay their bill and so we discontinued attempts to do additional, non-contractual work.At this point (years later) the account has been sent to a collection agencyIn speaking with *** this morning, he asserted that they were not able to pay the bill right now and proposed setting up a payment planPer our arrangement with the collection agency, the payments now need to be made through them and we are not able to accept the payments directly

As Mrs*** indicated, at the time that our contracted service was performed, she owed us $595.10.Here is a review of the timeline:We began work on their fence Mar of last year. On Mar, the date was confirmed and the ***s' presence at their home was requested. The fence that we
installed was finished and the payment was due March of last year. At the time, our understanding was that everything was installed to their specifications. On April of last year, our collections department placed a call to *** in which he indicated that everything looked good and that he would be sending in the final payment. On October, *** began a series of frivolous complaints that focus on fence location. The fence location was determined and accepted months prior.I know that the landscape of their yard has changed since the fence was originally installed. I am not sure if their financial situation has changed as well or if this has been part of their plan the whole time. What I do know is that as of this point, they have still not paid the $on their original balance or the $in interest that has accrued since then. Until they are willing to pay for the work that was already installed and accepted almost a year ago, I have a hard time believing that their motivation for any of this dialogue is anything other than an ineffective attempt to threaten us into reducing the balance that is owed.It has been my experience having dealt with situations like this before, that when a contractor has fulfilled a contract and months later the customer, having still not paid, starts inventing complaints with regards to the project, that the situation is never resolved until the parties are brought onto equal footing by the customer paying their bill. Our salesman has already spent countless hours responding to endless complaints in efforts to assist the ***s' so-called problems. I am not willing to invest additional resources until the project is paid for with the exception of continuing the unpaid balance down our collections route.I apologize that they have gotten you involved and hope that this matter can be resolved quickly
