I brought my vehicle to [redacted] (Service Manager) at Master Tech after another mechanic in the Springs tried to take advantage of me & improperly did routine maintenance. [redacted] & the techs at Master Tech took such awesome care of me & my 14 year old Honda Accord.
First, they discovered additional issues & invited me back into the shop to point each of them out, showing me every detail. Since they couldn't get something fixed immediately, they let me leave with my car after spending 2 hours on it, & didn't charge me anything.
Once I was able to bring my car back a week later, they called me after getting the timing cover off to determine what specific issues lie beneath before doing any work to let me know exact issues & estimates. [redacted] was also more than comfortable with my letting him know that I would try to take care of two of the issues myself so as to keep costs down (he even gave me tips & pointers on how to do the work).
When all was said & done, the total cost came out even less than expected. I now know why my friend referred me to Master Tech, & why he's been a loyal customer of theirs for 6+ years. I look forward to the same. Thank you [redacted] & Master Tech!
