Best Watch Source

Review: Hi, I m a internet customer from Hong kong, I purchased a USD$23,620 watch from "Best watch source", it was a Breguet Ladies s diamond watch meant to be for my aunt during a family wedding event, and to cheer her up due to her declining health. I bankwired the whole sum to Best watch source company account. The model of the watch is "Reine de Naples 8918BB-58-864-D00D" by Breguet. I have spoken to the business owner [redacted] on the phone and email several times before going ahead with the bankwire, who described to me that he has a mint Breguet watch in stock. The watch had only been used as a display model, and is in mint condition, the outer box has a small mark but not very obvious. I took his word for it. However when it arrived, the outer box is all yellowy, obviously a very old box, the inside is even partially ripped. As for the watch itself, we found lots of tiny scratches at the bottom side of the watch, it is also meant to come with 2 pairs of leather strap but there was only 1 pair. I called [redacted] right away, but he changed his tone complelely by claiming he never said he was going to sell me a brand new watch, then he reveals to me it was actually once owned by another person!!! This obviously contradicts what he said about the watch was in "mint" condition, because mint means "Used but as good as new, or near perfect" But looking at the condition of the box, as well as a watch covered in scratches itself, I doubt anyone can call it mint, it is far from anywhere [redacted] had initiately described. He intentional witheld information regarding the watch s actual condition just to get me to buy it, making me to believe it is as good as new, based on the his posted photos on ebay. By his company policy, I m entitled to the right of 30 days refund if I m not satisfied with the purchase, but he refused. I ask him if I could pay him extra money for a brand new model and return this second hand watch back to him. He initially said yes, but today in the email he said he wont be accepting the package if it doesnt get back to him by Tuesday and the Brand new watch actually has to wait 90days for a back order, which again he did not tell me until today. This man has been playing me since the beginning, he does not honour his words and company policy, and expect to get away with all responsibility. Please help me... I live in Hong Kong, I have paid an awful lot of money for this, just to end up be treated like that by a business with no honour and promise.
