Michael, came to test our waterAfter many overblown compliments on our home, and asking who our builder was ( we are in a Lennar only subdivision..duh) he preceded to do the testing...he put a lot of things in our water that we don't know what it is, other than to get the desired result, and voila! got his desired resultThen preceded to tell us that as part of the 'package' we get all these 'free'soaps & detergents that I would never use..peaches & creme? what guy wants that? I explained that I wouldn't use them, nor would my husband, he stated he could take the cost of these 'free' items off the system cost ( a 2,value) then dumps this 5,cost on us..when I freaked a bit about the cost, and we told him we'd need to look into other options as well, he got nasty & insulting....RUN, don't walk away from these people...this system probably does work, but IS more expensive always better? he insults the as he puts it, 'cheap' systems, which by the way they DO offer...DO your research....but have the State of Florida test your water, not these guys or [redacted] , or anyone else..BE an informed consumerWe ended up kicking this creep out...DON'T let these is into your home

I purchased a whole house water filtration system through Best Waterworks Systemsone of the best investments I've ever made ..my drinking water now taste great ..my shower is soft & has no spots ..in my dishes are really cleanI would recommend this system to anyone who wants clean waterwe are completely and totally satisfiedsincerely, [redacted] ***

Once we declined the sale the owner, Mike, began packing and tell us we are losers and we didn't know qualityThen as he stormed out of OUR house he slammed the door and called us rs, all the while wearing a shirt with Catholic psalm on the frontUnbelievable and he is now on the community watch list

Father and son Michael and Taylor Bfrom Best Water Systems LLC are crooks and con artist, please bewareI had to call the cops on the son Taylor after a water filter presentation because he would not take no or that we would think about it for an answer So he became aggressive and very disrespectful in front of my kids and even threatened me the home owner

I had michael out to test our water he was very professional and polite he let us know our options very glad we went with best water works thank you!

I wanted to convey to you an unpleasant experience that happened to *** and myself this morning while walking in Cobblestone (gated community in Palmer Ranch)A man approached us and aggressively started a hard sell on his water treatment service and productsDuring the course of the of conversation he found out that *** and I live togetherHe immediately went into an offensive and insulting homophobic speech while proudly showing his Christian fish on his shirtHis name is Michael EB*** and his company is Best WaterWorks Systems, LLCIf this is your idea of Christianity by all means support his businessOtherwise I would look elsewhere for water treatment systems

This is a relatively neutral review. The representatives of the company are true "salesmen" in that they are a bit high pressure promising perks but a little short on producing them. I personally dislike that approach.

Installation was a bit short varying on what they said it would entail and what was actually installed. My suggestion would be very clear of what is to be provided and make sure it is installed as agreed

I would only say, do not let these people inside of your house.
I just bought a house in Sarasota. This guy called me telling me that he was testing the water in my street and that he had a welcome gift for me. He came, gave me my gift and with his son, proceeded to test my water. Then, he tried to sell me an installation softner, value almost $5000. When I told him that I will need a day to search, he became very rude, and started mocking me. In his way out, he went to my kitchen and took my gift. Very unprofessional and rude behavior that was not called for.
Now, I am wondering what they had to hide that they could not give me a day to make a decission.
