Morning, First, We at Bestway Cabinets make every attempt to satisfy each and every customer when issues are brought to our attention As for *** ***, she just supplied to me yesterday (1/19/2017) an email with an explanation of what happened and an invoice for the amount of
$that was charged to her by her contractor asking that we pay her for additional work he completed in their home during the installation of the cabinets they purchased from us in October These cabinets were purchased without our installation services and the design was signed off on by the customer at the time of contract We did have a few issues arise that were due to the error by the vendor shipping the incorrect items to begin with, but handled them as soon as they were brought to the salesman's attentionA second issue was the 3rd party after market item they wanted to install in the corner cabinet The specifications were not correct for the cabinet we order, so again we ordered the correct item for them expedited as quickly as we canBestway Cabinets makes every attempt to satisfy each customer I had not adequately had time to respond to her before she submitted the complaint to the Revdex.comIn her email to me she showed an invoice for $600, but her she is requesting a disputed amount of $ Being that the customer paid her contractor without discussing the issues with me beforehand and not allowing me, the owner of the company, to resolve any issues, they have left me no choice but to pay the customer the $she is requestingShe can stop by the store and pick it up at her leisure

due to the extremely high demand for our products.we are experiencing some short delays.all products are being delivered within a week of estimated delivery date.most of our customers understand this.some things are out of our control.mike

I recieved you letter, I was surprised to read that Mike D[redacted] has made many attempts to resolve this matter. I never hear from him, he has not called me. I have tried to call him, so has my realitor, he will not recieve my calls, We both have left him messages to call us back, but he will not. I called Maggie, his helper 5 times in one day. she will not return my call, just like Mike, I don't understand why he would tell B.B.B. I will not return his calls, all I want is my kitchen cabinets and counter tops put in, and repairs done on them. I have begged him to tell me what the problem is, also my 3 vanitys in bathrooms are wrong color and the design upstairs bath does not yet have a vanity in it. He has never left a message, if he has called but on my phone he has not called me. How long does it take to make counter tops, I have talked to different company about this matter, and they tell me it should not take this long, that there must be a problem, for him not to resolve this. He has used every excused to not delivery what I paid for. I will try to get my realitor to help get him on the phone, because he will not answer my calls.Thank you,Mrs. [redacted]Also the glass doors in kitchen cabinets are not what I ordered also I have paid Mike to send plumber to hook up kitchen sink and garage disposal.

9.13.16 Revdex.com called consumer to verify he received his refund and he confirmed that he had.

I am sorry to have to contact Revdex.com about this matter, but so many people told me I should because I need help bad. Mike D[redacted] & Maggie K[redacted] at Bestway Cabinets have not at all stood by any thing they said, they would after getting paid for counter tops and cabinets 12-16-15. The counter top guy - [redacted], came  out with tops all were made wrong. I told Mike and Maggie in Dec. when they came out to measure everything – that they were not to put back splashes on counter, my realtor was here – [redacted] ###-###-#### [redacted] to let everyone into condo because I had not closed on property yet. She heard everything about kitchen that I wanted done, so did my contractor that was over seeing everything. I ordered glass doors with mullon bar, they installed doors later, they did not have wooden bars in them, cabinet were put in wrong, my stove will not go in space, they measured wrong, there is a chip at bottom of lazy suzan.  Mike assure me there would be new door ordered, inside cabinets there is screws stick out, I cut my hands trying to clean out in side. Also I showed Mike and Maggie inside where wood is shattered. My cabinets have not been caucked, inside wood is not same color as cabinets. I have no sink or garage disposal or counter top my dishwasher is setting in floor, I cannot live like this much more without water or sink – insallation was paid for 12-16-15 – its is now 3-5-16. I would ask about everything and would be told its coming – Counter top man came out to look at job weeks before they were delivered all wrong, [redacted] he told me he wanted his money first I told him, I had paid Mike for everything. He said Mike would not pay him he said this was going to be his last job for Mike – Best Way – ([redacted] (illegible word) counter top make ###-###-####. Also I paid for 3 vanitys in 3 bath room, they installed wrong colors, I want the white ones I ordered installed in my condo, they brought upstairs vanity for bath, it would not fit plumbing, in which Mike did not measure correctly, I have no vanity & water. I have called Mike & Maggie many times about this matter. Mike told me I had 2 bathrooms, I did not need that one, everyone could not understand why he would act like that, also bottom of downstairs vanity was shattered, wood torn at bottom, also same vanity in front has a ¼” hole where everything can get into it needs new wood at bottom. They keep telling me also my contractor and realtor it will be done, I am not or had I been unreasonable about everything or have I have been rude to his employees, At first he sent installers over I was told by [redacted] their boss, he only came over for a favor because one guy wanted day off – He told me that this was his last job he would do for Mike again, because he always was getting everything wrong, he would get to far ahead of thing, I told his workers to be careful of my new flooring, they would not listen, they damaged all 3 baths and kitchen floors, That [redacted] had just installed. I had floor installers out to look at them and they said that someone had scooted something on them and had dropped some thing on them. Then Mike sent a new guy out there again, to fix or repair crown molding at top of kitchen cabinets, he was very nice, I went out and bought his dinner or lunch for him that was on a Saturday he told me and my contractor he would be back here on Tuesday for other repairs, never showed up, my contractor and I called him, he said Mike told him he was not coming out here. His name is [redacted], ###-###-#### – ask him – if I was rude with him. He also told me when I wanted other work done on condo he would be glad to do it. I believe I have went all the way, waiting on Mike & Maggie. They will tell people anything to make it look good on their part. My contractor has called and talked to Maggie asking her, when is new vanity coming – she said she would order new one, he could hear Mike in back ground using foul language.Thank you, [redacted]Pd. For cabinets & counter top and hookups & installation 12-16-15 on 1-18-16 Maggie & installer was here they brought out to small pantry had to order larger one (Second time Feb. 10 -16 wrong size counter tops – called Maggie 4 times did not answer her phone or messages – on 2-22 worker was to come did not show up. I called Mike to ask when are they going to finish up. I have begged to get answers, they started not to answer their phone for me or my contractor or me.  Best Way ahs cost me a lot of money, by not doing their job. My furniture is being stored – cost $550.00 mo Mike has cost me 6 weeks for storage.Best Way counter top maker or supplier told me he would not work for Mike again because of money problems. [redacted] ###-###-####. First installers damaged my floors, Maggie told me, they got rid of Garrett one of the cab. Installers because he had insauted another lady beside me. Does it take forever to do a job. I only want what I paid for , how would Mike like it if he had no sink or water and he says always go perfect. I am also writing Ohio Dept. of Commerce & Lic. About this matter it has got out of hand.My mortgage co. is involved also. [redacted] at [redacted] ###-###-####

they never once contacted us to give us a delivery date....

According to their website, 1-2 weeks is standard delivery time. We've called and emailed them since it has now been six weeks and have been promised that we would have them last week by two different people. We just want to cancel our order and receive a full refund. When we said that's what we wanted, the gentleman screamed that we would get our cabinets when we got them and we can't have our money back. I no longer want to deal with such an unpleasant and rude company that can't even call their clients to notify them in a shipping delay. I want the order cancelled and my money refunded.

I spoke to you on 4/27/16 about the kitchen and 3 bathroom matters. Mike D[redacted], from Best Way Cabinets has not contacted me in weeks. The 3 bath vanity were suppose to be in a finish called Grammercy white, but they are Signature Pearl finish like my kitchen finish. My vanity tops were ordered to match Grammercy White, also kitchen glass doors were to have mullen bars in stalled (wooden) they were not made with bars. Also master vanity was suppose to have 2 legs installed at sit down area, it only has 1 leg. There is still many places on kitchen cabinets, where screws went into wood and splintered woods - also kitchen sink was caucked with white cauck, it should to clear cauck with dark counter too. I am tired of trying to get things done right. I told you if Bestway Cabinets, would drop price $900.00 I would sign off.Thank you,[redacted]

I received you letter today, stating Mike D[redacted], Best Way Cabinets will accept $725.00 as new balance, I will accept this offer. I called [redacted] and talked to [redacted] who is in charge, he is going to call Mike to get a statement for the amount, before inspection of kitchen & baths.Thank you,[redacted]Complaint ID # [redacted]
