I did speak to [redacted] on 11/19/As per our agreement the REAR of the house roof was torn off and replaced on 11/and 11/ [redacted] wanted to know when the front was going to be torn off and replaced ? (he knew we were only doing the rear)The roof decking on the rear was rippled under the new roof shingles, I explained that I had no idea why the roof decking had done that and the roof shingles installed in March were installed per contract specifications and all manufacturer installation specificationsThe front had a couple of shingles rippled in one or two small areas and [redacted] knew we were going to remove a few shingles in these areas and repair as neededI was surprised when I talked to [redacted] on 11/that he wanted the front completely torn off and replaced now as wellHowever I never became upset or said anything like "you can take us to court", that is ridiculousWe have gone above and beyond to try to satisfy [redacted] Again even though the rear of the roof was rippling under the shingles (at NO fault to our installation) we agreed we would tear it off and replace it Yes it did cost us $3,out of pocket to replace the rear, not bad considering we charged [redacted] $4,originally for the entire roof almost years ago, which by the way it is clearly stated on the original contract comes with a YEAR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY and again the original installation was done almost years ago I am insulted by [redacted] is questioning our business practices and how we treat our customersWe have thousands of completely satisfied customers over the years we have been in businessTodd Fritz

Within a month the rear roof lifted again.  All over the roof. I do have the pictures if you need them.  TODD has them too.   Said he would come back and do the roof again. (Not happy).  I have all the pictures and text from last December when this started again.  I have let it wait becouse of all the wonderful weather we were having.  But now  I can't get him to respond to my calls. Last text and call was yesterday. I know what I have to do.I was just hopeing you had a new idea.Thanks [redacted]

Revdex.com spoke with the business who advised on Sunday August 23, 2015 the company went to the consumers home and removed leaking area and completed a complete replacement of the back section of roof.

[redacted] wanted to know when the front was going to be torn off and replaced ? (he knew we were only doing the rear). The roof decking on the rear was rippled under the new roof shingles, I explained that I had no idea why the roof decking had done that and the roof shingles installed in March 2007 were installed per contract specifications and all manufacturer installation specifications. The front had a couple of shingles rippled in one or two small areas and [redacted] knew we were going to remove a few shingles in these areas and repair as needed. I was surprised when I talked to [redacted] on 11/19 that he wanted the front completely torn off and replaced now as well. However I never became upset or said anything like "you can take us to court", that is ridiculous. We have gone above and beyond to try to satisfy [redacted]. Again even though the rear of the roof was rippling under the shingles (at NO fault to our installation) we agreed we would tear it off and replace it.  Yes it did cost us $3,000 out of pocket to replace the rear, not bad considering we charged [redacted] $4,500 originally for the entire roof almost 8 years ago, which by the way it is clearly stated on the original contract comes with a 5 YEAR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY and again the original installation was done almost 8 years ago . I am insulted by [redacted] is questioning our business practices and how we treat our customers. good morning [redacted]  we spoke on 11/19 /14  about the conversation I had with Todd fritz. on the morning of 11/19/14  I text Todd about the great job they did on the rear of the house  on 11/15,16/14 and when would he be doing the front. He called me and told me he would not repair the front like the job on the back.  told me I could call Revdex.com or take him to court. after a few minutes of arguing  he said he would come back in spring and repair parts of it . But would not do the job the right way.  he told me he does not know why the roof is lifting like that . I told him we  both know it wasn't done the right way the first time. He told me he will not pay his guys $3000.00 again like he did with the rear of the house . told me I could sue him.was told that he would return early spring to make some misc. tile repair . I would like to have this case reopened and put on record until something is done .   I HAVE BEEN VERY VERY VERY PATIENT . IT IS EVEN WRITTEN ON HIS 2ND CONTRACT.   DONT WANT TO TAKE THE LAW SUITE CHANCES.   NEED HELP.ITS AMAZING HOW COMPANYS CAN TREAT CONSUMER AND GET AWAY WITH IT.IM GOING TO WORK TOMMAROW AND LETTING THEM KNOW I AM ONLY GOING TO DO A HALF AS JOB ON THE EQUIPMENT  THAT I REPAIR FOR THE U OF R.I GUESS ILL  BE UNEMPLOYED 1 HOUR LATER.   WE CANT ALL GET AWAY WITH IT!          THANK YOU          [redacted]
