To whom it may concern,
The company in question never offered to move the clothes and rewash themNor did they offer compensation for the damage to the clothes
They did refund the $fee to wash the clothes and there was a sign on the wall stating " we are not responsible for lost or damaged clothing"
I had the same problem on two different occasions with two different machinesI obviously gave them the benefit of the doubt with a second chance believing they were an honorable business who would show a good faith effort to correct the problem
Unfortunately for me I was mistakenIt seems they are more concerned about ways to escape liability rather than building customer loyalty in the community
If further verification of these facts are necessary I can provide a witness
