[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Assumed Answered] Ramada Inn Ramada Inn charge my *** *** for a full day I did not stay at the hotel I was there for one hour when they call me to the front desk they deceived me and said they needed my credit card for incidentals after they took my credit card information then they came and told me that by the way we are charging you full price for the hotel because we no longer accept *** *** and *** Airlines vouchers it's unacceptable what they did they deceive me and charge my credit card for full *** *** stay when I was only there hour I went back to *** Airlines and they got me another hotel at *** *** for that night they should not be paid for this for me not staying there unacceptable what they did they lie to me deceive me and they charge my credit card

We have sent off the voucher to *** airlinesWe have to wait for them to pay so that we can get Mr*** refundedWe are working on this issue as quickly as we canWe will refund as quick as possibleSorry for the inconvienceThe person in question that charged his card is no longer employed with usWe are working to make this rightAnd as soon as we hear from *** airlines we will refund his cardWe do offer our apologies for the time delay and the issue happening at all. I did not spend the night at their hotel, They made the mistake they should not make the customer pay for their mistake, I DID NOT STAY THERE. I SPENT ONE HOUR TO TWO HOURS BEFORE THEY CALL ME TO THE FRONT DESK AND DECIEVED ME ITO GIVING THEM MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION FOR INCIDENTALS WHEN IN FACT THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR THE ROOM. [redacted] AIRLINES MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO PUT ME UP IN ANOTHER HOTEL. WHY WOULD [redacted] AIRLINES PAY THEM WHEN WE DID NOT STAY THERE>??????????????? PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND THAT. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER BEST WESTERN OR RAMADA INN EVER AGAIN, POOR BUSINESS SENSE OR NO BUSINESS SENSE Complaint: [redacted]
