location of rooms, type of rooms, availability of rooms, demand for rooms, whether the rooms are booked in advance, discounted rates etc. Every hotel assigns certain numbers and types of rooms to different online travel websites such as [redacted],[redacted].[redacted],[redacted].[redacted] etc. Each website advertises the room rates based on the promotion they want to provide and available rooms at given time. These rates can be changed and can be discounted at any time by a hotel as well as by the travel website depending on available number of rooms. The room rates can also change on the demand and season. As an example if you book an airline  ticket, the money you pay will vary day by day and very by the location of seats. That is standard practice in the hospitality business and many other businesses. Also, our hotel's policy is that under 12 years, children are free. One child per paying guest. Maximum two children. There is a charge for children over 12 years. Also, the hotel policy is that there will be an additional cost for a roll away bed. In addition, we asked the guest to sign the statement showing all applicable charges before we give them room. Therefore, in summary, we have not charged any unnecessary amount to the customer who has filed this complaint.[redacted]
