I am sorry for the inconvenience you had while you stayed at our property regarding extra holdAS we have explained you when same thing happen last time you stayed at our property that it is your credit card company which is holding the extra chargeWe have no control on itLast we told you that
we can call your company and release the hold, but they denied itWe have forwarded all your emails to our software developer teamIF you want to see the email I am happy to show you my effort to resolve this issue last time and this timeI have put a note in your folio of last time that if you come back to check in we should not accept credit card from you as we do not have definite answer why this thing is happening with your card onlyWe process more than transaction a month and it happen with your type card only

I am rejecting this response because:This issue absolutely does not have to do with my CC company. Last time this happened, I used a Visa card and this time used American Express. Those are two different card companies so this has to do with your company. And furthermore, when I had the CC company on a conference call with your hotel, you guys hung up on me and American Express, which is rude and unprofessional manner of conducting business.
