personally resolved this issue by contacting the guest directly on Ms. [redacted] phone. I have apologized guest directly for any trouble it may have caused during their stay due to the inconvenience. I also have offered full refund to the guest through the partner reservation channel Expedia (Since guest had pre-paid reservation through Expedia). Also, I have advised guest that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to process. More so, I have advised guest for our future plan to prevent any complaints in future.
