I have contacted the national Best Western Chain and my credit card company to file a dispute.  I was told by national chain the Best Western in Carlisle refuses to talk to me and said it was because I used abusive language.  This is a false statement on their part and I told the national chain if they record conversations they can listen to any or all of them and they will find out the Carlisle Best Western is not being honest.  I simply asked questions when dealing with them, never use foul language and never raised my voice.  I have heard nothing from my credit card company or national chain for over two weeks.
