I called this location on 3/8/and spoke with an extremely rude employee named TomekaI called to inquire why I reserved a room on Bookin.com that was a pay at location reservation" there was a pre-authorization hold on my cardTomeka basically explained in a nasty way that their policies were not those as Booking.com and the hold would reaminI asked to speak to the manager, she stated he was not in and there was no one else I could speak toI asked her for her general manager name or corporate and she state there was not oneShe then rudely hung up
