I was changed for cancel night at this best western they are thefts stay away from this hotel credit card fraud

On September 10, 2013 I booked a stay at the Best Western in Diamond Bar for September 23-27th. On the morning of September 23rd I received an email that my reservation was canceled. I called the hotel and was told I was cancelled intentionally. I proceeded to call Best Western's Customer Support and upon further review, the local proprietor stated I gave a "bad review" and he cancelled my reservation. The facility expounded to the Best Western Support that on a survey I recommended that they charge an additional $10 and serve hot breakfasts (which I would not object to paying). My constructive criticism was neither at the facility nor the breakfast and was completed on what I believe was a voluntary survey with honest critics. I understand local business have the right to refuse service to any customer however my complaint is three-fold. I believe they intentionally maliciously cancelled my reservation the day I was to check in making it hard or having to pay a premium at another facility (my original booking was 10 days prior and the survey I completed dates back to June 2013). Best Western made amends by booking me at a sister property however it does not relinquish the wanton unprofessional practice of this facility. Second upon my reservation this facility took a $300 deposit. I was not aware until the Best Western Support person informed me that I have yet to be credited. My fear is that if they cancel on the last day will I receive my deposit in return. Best Western was going to monitor on behalf of me. Third is I felt a voluntary survey to critique a facility was used to persecute and discriminate against myself. The survey was neither positive nor negative of my stay but was knowingly used in they file to deny all future stays. The Best Western survey policy expressly states it is to listen and learn concerns on patrons stays. If I knew that I was being profiled by their survey I would not have voluntarily gave honest opinions nor completed the survey all together.Product_Or_Service: Hotel reservationsAccount_Number: XXXXXXXXX-XXDesired SettlementI believe will receive my deposit back because the cancellation was made on behalf of the establishment.
