On October 30th Citrus Heights Police Department requested neighborhood Enterprise Towing for a rotation call on *** Cherokee license plate *** VIN# ***The reason for tow (vehicle code (h), *** *** was contracted leaving Walmart after being identified as
a theft suspectThe stolen merchandise was located in his vehicleThe vehicle was brought to our yard at *** *** ** *** *** ** *** for storageOn November 2nd a lien was placed and all interest parties were notified via certified mail that if the vehicle was not picked up by December 4th at 10:AM that we would take possession of the vehicleOn December 4th roughly around 11:am the registered owner came to our office to inquire about the vehicleI mentioned to the registered owner that the vehicle was disposed of a pick and pull on 12/4/@ 10:am.And furthermore on November 2nd owner *** *** came to retrieve personals out of his vehicle and was notified at that time that a lien was place and that if the vehicle was not picked up by 12/4/@ 10:am that the vehicle would legally belong to Neighborhood Enterprise Towing.Vehicle cannot be reclaimed at the time of auctions unless the legal owner pays full fees on tow, storage and lienTherefore the vehicle was sent to *** *** *** dismantlers.Regards,*** ***Office ManagerNeighborhood Enterprise Towing
