with reference to our telephonic conversation this morning and in reply of the complain filed by one of our guests Ms*** ***, I would like to present my side of this complaint
The guest checkon Thursday 12/10/in room #
She stated there is a bug in the refrigeratorI do not understand why would a bug go in to a refrigeratorIn fact there was no bug at allWe do not have any bugs in any of the rooms and ours is one of the cleanest hotels in town with very good reputationWell, my front desk clerk immediately offered her to move to another room to avoid any conflict. She moved from one room to another, then again another and again to another roomAfter checking rooms she finally accepted to stay in one of the roomsShe kept complaining and insisting to get free nightsIt looks like she had pre planned to get free roomsThere were three other guests from the same group and none of the guests ever complained during their stayThere were about rooms occupied by other guests and none of them had any complain
My question is, if Ms*** did not like any of the rooms, why didn't she check out same timeAt the most she could have checked out next morningShe did not have to stay for nights and ask for full refund
Three days later she called me and insisted to get all nights charges refundedIf not, she knows how to get her money backIt was kind of threat. She called Best Western for the full refund and they also did not accept her claim and as a courtesy refunded her money only for first nightNow she is trying to get money for the remaining nightsSorry !!!!
