Hello, The guest came in and did not like the fact that the lobby was being worked onHe checked into the room and came down afterwards saying he did not like itWe moved him to a new room which he did not like as wellHe wanted to be let out of all nights, but was informed that although our policy is that once checked in he was financially responsible for all nights, we would only charge the first nightHe chose to stay the night and depart the next morningHe was only charged the one night, which he consumedThank you, [redacted] General Manager

One can easily see from the business responses that they are not interested in listening to customer feedback - they are unscrupulous and deceptiveWe were lied to about the facilities and shut down when requesting cancelationThe business has stated here that they are not interested in issuing a refund of $so they will now pay the price with poor reviews and my complaint, unresolved, the the ***I will be calling the health dept in *** in the morning to complain about the poisonous atmosphere due to paint and glueFumes
