December 11, 2015Dear *** *** ***;Once again want to apologize to **& *** *** for their inconveniences they went through during their stay at our hotelWe completely understand how upset they were after being bitten by bedbugsexplained that bedbugs in hotel rooms were
brought in by previous guests stayed in that roomWe immediately contacted our professional pest control to take care of the problemWe told Mr./*** *** that we would not charge their stay due to the inconveniencesHowever, the reservation for our hotel was made through a third party website (***.com) and payment was made by the guest directly to ***.comWe could not be able to directly refund the money the guest, so we advice our guests to contact ***.com to credit *** *** *** credit card.I am not sure if it was done or not, but anyway, we have decided to give a Credit to her *** Card*** in the amount of The credit was applied on December 10, at 11:02AM, We also would be glad to pay the medication she bought to take care of the bites.We hope to have another opportunity to welcoming the guests back to the Inn at Hunt's LandingPlease feel free to contact me at ###-###-#### if I could answer any question you may have.Sincerely,Suparmanto General Manager
