.We have already given discount in the room rate and apologized after regretting the incident and with a promise to Upgrade her room and offer a better rate on her next visit.She is still insisting on full refundUnfortunately, after careful review of the case and findings we must decline her request at this time

I am rejecting this response because: it is an inaccurate account of what occurredThroughout the hours of spotty wifi and TV, I called the front desk about times and came down myself twice(check the security camera...) Also, I heard from both, the repairmen and another guest that both floors of the inn were without TV serviceThe woman at the front desk Sunday night told me that the only working TV in the entire building is the one in the main entrance lobby.I will be satisfied with a full refund

The guest stayed at our property on Feb used the facilities and checked out on Feb @12.30pm.We wish to bring to your kind notice that the internet was fine and no problem was reported from no other guest .We keep on refurbishing the property every now and then so that the guest can have better
experience of staying. Further to such projects we wanted to give better facilities for in room entertainment by improving the television programe quality by providing more options to the guest of various channels.The switch over in each room took like minutes for room.We rent rooms for the night with basic amenities ,that being our main purpose,However,our endeavour is to see that minimum inturruption is there for the guest during their stay.The guest at the time of check out narrated her experience and as a manager I thought I should compensate her reasonably by giving her points which are good value but she wanted cash instead.I gave her 10% discount off the room rate and apologized but she wanted her entire stay for free.I told her that it is not possible.She took the discount and told me that she would complain to Revdex.com.I told herwe have accommodated you giving you a clean and comfortable room with excellent breakfast and the only problem if viewed under microscope is the TV not for hours as she claims but in minutes.I regret the inconvenience and promise to upgrade her room at better rate on her next visit.Though not a must but as a courtesy to keep the guest coming back.We request you to look the matter in the correct perspective and decide for yourself.We care for our guests and that is always our motto
