We apologize you were missing your medication.  I am sorry you felt that my questioning made you feel that you were lying.  I was trying to confirm the facts; who was in/out the room; time of day; number of medication bottles; type of medication; number of reservations;...

number of people in your party.  After downloading the room key history we were able to confirm it was the people you mentioned that were in your party; the housekeeper that cleaned your room; the inspector; and the times people were in and out of your room.  As discussed today during our phone call; after interviewing the housekeeper that cleaned your room, and the housekeeper that inspected your room it matched the time that was written on their paper work with the times from the key history log.  The housekeeper and inspector did not recall seeing your medication or recall throwing it away.  After interviewing both employees; I determined both were being honest about their recollection.  As explained our policy is not to touch guest medication and any electronics left in guest room.  At the end of our meeting we did apply the 2,000 BWR points to your Best Western Rewards account; however in addition we are more than happy to cover the cost of the medication.  We both agreed that the price for 90 pills was about $8 to $9 at Wal-Mart; Fred-Meyer; Rite-Aid; Walgreens pharmacy.  Please let us know where we can send a business check or we can credit your credit card $9 dollars.  Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

As you are aware; you only had 1 out of 2 medications missing from your room.  It is still undetermined whether it was stolen or thrown away either by your unregistered additional guest you had in the room, or the hotel's housekeeping.  You did mention during our first in person meeting the medication missing was less than $10; we also verified it online as well.  We will be not able to refund you $45 or your night's room and tax.  However, we have already applied 2,000 additional BWR points to your account for the inconvenience.  Additionally, we are willing to refund your credit card for $10.  Please let us know.
