Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was NEVER rude or obnoxious - on the contrary - when I told the agent who called me that I was filing a claim with the Revdex.com, that person became very belligerent I am fully aware of the fact that this company can charge anyone at anytime for any item, I think the fact they charged me with a pillow is an example I cannot prove I did not take the pillow - they could have said I had taken the bed and I would have no way to prove I did not The fact that I am protesting so loudly is the only recourse I have Regards, [redacted]
Complaint about 09/30/Motel StayIt is the policy of Best Western Inn Nacogdoches to inventory all linens that are put in or removed from all guest roomsThe room was inventoried after guest checked out and a pillow was not in the room, the customer is charged a fee for all linens missing from roomsThe policy for guest to be responsible for all incidental charges to the room are on the registration card the guest signs upon check inThe guest was explained this on several phone calls to the hotel, in as nice of fashion as was possibleWhen she was told that this was hotel policy and that the charges would stand she would proceed to become rude, loud, and obnoxious to all employees.Thank-you for your inquiry regarding this customer complaint [redacted] ***General ManagerBest Western Inn Nacogdoches
