possible, and in part because we lacked the resources to move it as quickly as we would have liked. We never advertised our product as ready to ship, but we have missed projected ship dates. At any rate, it is understandable after such a long wait that a customer might want a refund, rather than to wait for the eventual delivery. The customer in this complaint has indicated that a refund is the desired outcome. We will honor the refund request, and mail a bank draft tomorrow.
