I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] ***We tried talking to an account managerEvery time we called they were busy and suppose to call us back with any information but never didWe was told by the front desk that credit cards were issued back much faster then debitsSeemed like we was getting the run around with this issueThe credit was finally applied back to my card after almost a monthPlease be advised that we called numerous times trying to consult with an account management with no prevail

The *** were guests with ***, a transportation company. *** was responsible for charges for selected guests. With over guests with the group at this hotel alone, research was required to ascertain which party was responsible for what nights of the *** stay with the
hotel. This matter should have been directed to management as opposed to a guest services person at the desk and that did cause a delay in resolving and we apologize that when *** *** explained her issues that it was not directed to management as agents are not the proper channel to resolve something of this nature. In reviewing this matter, credit was issued by the hotel on February 2015. Any type of credit card transaction does require processing time through *** *** as well as the cardholders bank. Thus the *** would not instantly see a credit appear on their account from a hospitality transaction. However, the credit was issued at the time the *** were told it would be and though they have not updated the record to indicate with you that they have received it; the refund of $was issued to their *** and received.Thank you again for allowing us to be of assistance. For those who contact you in the future, you may suggest always reaching out to the National Franchise organization of any business for a quicker and more consumer friendly method of assistance if they are not aware that matters of this nature should always be directed to management instead of reception.
