This is in reference to the above complaint filed by Mr. Luke Simpson. You are right about two side ofstory for sure.Guest checked in on 07/05/17 and as they were checking out after four night stay on 07/09/17. The ladywho was staying in Room 129 came to the Front Desk and told me. She think she is been bit by a BedBug, but she is not sure. She told me she has a picture. I told her very politely, when you are all out ofthe room let me know and I will go down and check the room. Mr. Luke came in and he started askingme what kind of adjustment I am doing on his bill. I told him the same thing. I spoke to your wife will begoing to check.I did ask him, you stayed four nights and you have not complained once. We have 24hrs Front Desk and,we have seen you in the Breakfast room every day. Not a word. We could have moved you to anotherroom. His answer was, I have pictures and then he started threatening calling Revdex.com and was getting Rude.I told him it's your right and purgative to call anyone you like. I can't do any adjustment without lookingat it. He got my card and left by using verbal abusive language.My maintenance person Michael & I went to see the room and was not a BED BUG. It was some kind ofBeetle (PICTURE ATTACHED). We send the picture to Orkin which service our property and theyconcluded it's not a Bed Bug. Orkin report is also attached.Since then we have rented that room every day. No Complaints about any BED BUGS.
