I am rejecting this response because:
Over one year ago we made this reservation. We were quoted plus over the phone. This included a military discount. We were given a confirmation number which we recorded. We were not sent an email confirmation. We called to confirm the room and price a week before we arrived and everything was confirmed. When we checked out, the same person answering this complaint tried to charge us $for the room. He told us confirmation numbers don't mean anything. Now because we complained to the Revdex.com, he wants something in writing showing the original quote, knowing that they never sent us an e mail confirmation. I called today for a rate quote for the same room for the same weeknight and guess what? I was quoted $plus tax and that was with no military discount. No email confirmation was offered. I will not drop this complaint. The owner manager is deceptive and he overcharged us from the quote his establishment made a year in advance.
