To Whom it May Concern:The guest lodging the complaint was told personally, by me, the General Manager over two months ago that she was no longer welcome to stay at this propertySeeing as how at that time she did not argue, or have any complaints it would seem to negate any further issues,
however, will continue to describe the variety of problems we have had during her various stays on our property.The stays listed have been registered complainant's name and do not reach a total of $spent as she mentions: 1/31/2017-2/2/2017;2/2/2017-2/4/2017;2/6/2017-2/8/2017;2/12/2017-2/17/2017;3/7/2...⇄ concerns about erratic behaviors There has not been a 28-day consecutive stayThe guest was not registered in one room.The guest had payment issues on various occasions (no authorization, needing a 3" party payment).There were unregistered guests in the room overnight on more than one occasionAt least one room had damage beyond wear and tear consistent with a hotel stayGuest was disrespectful, cursing and hanging up the phone as well as shouting in the lobbyAs a workplace we appreciate and celebrate diversity both within our staff as well as our guests and communityFurthermore, we pride ourselves on strong ethical business standards and following all best practices, guidelines and laws, Considering all of the above information as well as the fact that we do in deed have and reserve the right to refuse anyone service as we see appropriate, and it is indeed our policy to not rent to locals, see fit that the Revdex.com rule in our favor or this complaint
