Billed for smoking charge and did not smoke in room I came to Lubbock, TX on June to visit family and did not have a reservation anywhere and I was shopping around various hotels in that area on I-I came across the BW Plus Lubbock Windsor Inn, front desk very helpful and even showed me facilties that we could use and even a roomI was highly impressed and decided to make our stay thereI booked for nights for me and my son, whom is years oldI even paid extra so that my daughter who has moved back to Lubbock recently and my granddaugher, who is years old could stay nights alsoI was told I would just have to pay for my daughter and not my granddaughterI was informed of charges on this and that was not a problem Well we had a very nice stay and good experience with all of the hotel staff for almost the whole week we where thereI was very impressedBreakfast was extremely good alsoNow here is where problem starts, on the day we checked outI was given in

Dirty bedding and rude front desk clerk I scheduled a room for two of our employees for a job in Lubbock for the weekMy employee texted me a picture shortly after he arrived (approx5:15pm on Monday July 7th 2016) of stained bedding I called the front desk at 5:40pm and spoke with [redacted] I explained the situation and she rudely said "The guest can either be moved to another room or they can come downstairs and check out...our choice." She wouldn't send anyone to bring up new bedding or anything She was very unconcerned and acted like I was bothering her My employee didn't want any confrontation so he just didn't use the bedding that night, the next morning he left a note for house keeping to address the problem and asked if they would please change the bedding...the note was ignored I called regarding that issue and he had house keeping come in every other day and they chose not to deal with the problem We will no longer be booking anything with Best Western as they d

Erroneous $Charge
I stayed at the Best Western Windsor Inn in Lubbock, TX on 4/27/I received a checkout statement for the correct room amountWhen I received my credit card statement, there was an additional $charge in it for the same nightI called the hotel directly about the charge and was told there was a missing soap dishThis is wrong and dishonest on the part of the hotel staff or housekeepingI have no need of a soap dish and hate themthey leave slimy messesI am furious at this accusation and charge
