I am rejecting this response because:i will send you a bank statement with said transaction and it is totally in character for your salespeopleHave you read Yelp reviews? You are very devious in your practices and the meat is not even fit for animal consumption

I need a receipt or cancelled check or credit card because I show no record of the sale and per own statement no phone call was ever make as I went though phone records crossed referenced with phone number,so if they can help out by producing one of the items referenced it would be very
helpful that's is why we didn't respond because there is no record we could find as to this person plus our people do not talk to people the way this person is writing about with all do respect Thank You, Michael M***

I am rejecting this response because: I only need to speak with the public to find out that these sale people are pushy and antagonizing. Not once has this business owner apologized for the incident. That sales person did not come back for business, he came back to start something. I would urge the Revdex.com at this point to close the file on this one and just keep the complaint on record. Best Western Meats no interest in admitting anything here. We can go back an forth for another week, and no progress will be made. What a shame! Good luck

That was not said to the customerAfter customer used vulgar language, I did however, tell the customer "I know we did not fill your order on time, and if we can set up something we will get it out to you." He kept telling me that we wouldn't be at his house to do this that
so, I then said "How are we supposed to get your order to you? You will have to come to the office to pick your order up." That's when he blew upThe problem has been resolved, and the customer has their productThe customer did wait a long period of time, and for that my apology is sincere. I am not sure what else can be done to rectify this situationI am the owner of Best Western Meats, and all phone calls are directed to me onlyI handled this call personally

something better  and ask a second time as people usually don't like conflict and we were out doing customer service like a good company does he was very rude loud and I could not get a word in edge wise to explain this to him yes I did tell him he was having a bad day we were trying to do  it's take care of some things that may have not gone well in the past and see if we could make up for it I understand that maybe he didn't want that but my goodness are we were trying to do is be a good company and do a good deed to someone who felt they were done badly and as a company we like to know where we went wrong so we didn't make the same mistake again he told me that we were never allowed on his street or at his neighbors houses which that is not up to him we will go to his house but we will certainly not make our customers in his neighborhood pay for his attitude towards our business

To answer your last question first I am responding voice text messaging system as I am out of the office frequently and I like to promptly respond to any complaints we get at the Revdex.com immediately the reason my guy came back again was to do proper customer service about past disgruntled customer To find out if there was anything we could do to better a negative situation because I found out from the first phone call this person had purchased from us before and that's what a good business does that's why we have an A+ rating  with the Revdex.com  The complaintant requested we not go back to his residence, that was it ,I said not a problem I don't know how much more sincere we can be but this is a lot of work just to prove ,which I don't know how ,that we won't go back to this man's address  but it is not up to him to tell us how our customers feel about what we do all we did is ask the man question and see if there was something we could do about making good on whatever his problem was with our product from the past or services, weve been here 12 years doing great business And have a great record so once again we will not be back at your address  but we do service your neighborhood ,for every complaint ,we have numerous numerous satisfied customers thank you very much and pardon my punctuation and grammar but I'm using my text by phone again, God bless us all and we do apologize for any misunderstandings

I have a written receipt from customer that no further action would be taken as per our refund to customer,this Is very hard to respond to  because the customer is not truthful and he received a cash refund but I have video camera's in the office and I will be back in Hawaii on the 4th of...

aug., to produce it,(still photo of him on 23rd june in office w/me)but after he left the company that day on the 23rd everthing was to the customers liking then apparently this complaint was generated ,I will be taking further action with this man though legal channels as this is slanderous and basically fraudulent in nature !   This complaint has been closed as of 23rd of june before 10:30 A.M.(Exact Time stamp  appears on video)

I'm responding to this complaint and am requesting either a copy of a receipt some type of proof that the deal was made because I show no records of any purchase by this person but I'm willing to take care of any problems if I can get some type of paperwork that they purchase products from us .thank you
