Her reservation was made through a 3rd party website (Expedia) Guest checked in at 1PM CST, which is hours earlier than standard check in time and as per her request for early check in we accommodated her in the room with one king bed as requested by the guest I personally talked to the guest as it was important to her that she get in early rather than wait for her room to be ready by 3PM (our standard check in time)This is why the guest is not entitled to a discount or refundPlease contact me with any questions [redacted] Front Office Manager BW Green Bay Inn

Review: Booked a hotel room on June 16th, 2014 and received a confirmation number. Due to circumstances relating to the event I had to cancel that reservation which was done the following day, June 17th, 2014, receiving a cancellation confirmation. I currently still have that confirmation number.

I was told that it was cancelled and found out on my next statement that they in fact charged me the fee for the room.

I have contacted them several times on this issue and they refuse to reimburse me the amount charged to my credit card even though I cancelled in the alloted time, which was the next day.Desired Settlement: I just want them to refund the amount charged to my credit card.
