Customer *** ***. Stay at hotel 5/21/16. Please note that we have made several efforts to contact this customer but not able to. I have investigated and talked to my staff. This is what I have found out. Mr*** never asked for a crib. Mr*** did
not complain about towels. Our rooms are cleaned and inspected by a supervisor. Mr*** was very rude to our staff and used "F" language in front of female staff

Wow, I am outraged at their response!!! We have never asked for discounts in the past!!!! We have never had such bad accommodations before at this hotel. We have been coming there...

every year for over 20 years. We have never wreaked havoc on that hotel!!! When we talked to the manager she blamed everything on the new owner. The manager told us that the housekeeper had quit a couple days before and that’s why the rooms were not cleaned. I am so very disappointed in their response!! The scammer and the con artist is the manager. From the manager response, I can see that the problem is not the hotel it’s the manager. She is lying and she knows it!!
I plan to contact the previous owner of the hotel. I got to know her very well over the years that we have been coming there.
Within the last 2 – 3 weeks I contacted the Health Department with pictures. They told me they have received a number of complaints about this hotel.
