I recently ( late April, ) bought a car from Best Western Motor in Phoenix, a company that specializes in purchasing from insurance companies lightly damaged vehicles that for some reason are being sold as salvaged titled vehicles Calling from the Seattle area on an Autotrader ad on an "Acura RL with low miles, I got what I expected after talking to Jason at Best Western Motor I chanced the purchase based on Jason's description, put a holding deposit on the car, purchased a one way flight to Phoenix, looked the car over and test drove it, completed the deal and happily drove it home miles

We had a very positive experience We did understand after lots of research what a restored salvage title meant We were looking for a safe, reliable, affordable vehicle for our daughter to take to college Everyone was great to us Our other daughter had gotten in an accident in her car and we took it there to get repaired saved us a ton of money Thanks [redacted] for everything We will be back and I refer people to you all the time Keep up the great work

worst dealer ever. first off, every car they sell is salvaged and bought from auction or possibly even stolen, you can see them repairing the cars on the lot, and the ones for sale are still BROKEN. I checked out an 2010 Mustang they have and saw that the steering wheel was broken. The owner looked at my trade in offer (A pristine show winning Saturn Sky) and claimed that the car was repainted (which it wasn't as I'm the only owner since day 1 of its life and its never been in an accident), and then I heard him say to his greeter (the kid who greeted us as we entered, he seemed nice and I wouldn't put him at fault for anything that happened while we were there) "watch and learn, first I'll tell these [redacted] towel heads that their car is repainted and has a bad carfax, and then I'll print out the pre-made info so that we can get their car for atleast 5000 dollars under [redacted]". He actually said that, I could not believe it. I decided I'd play his game and call him out on any ** he tried. He pretended to sit on his computer and type in my car's info to the [redacted] site, and then showed me a trade in value of 8,000, and I then showed him the [redacted] value of my car on my iphone through the official [redacted] app with all my car's info which said the trade in value was 14,000 at the lowest. He then pulled up Copar auto action values of broken and salvaged Saturn Skys claiming he could get my car for 6000 and that he can't pay a single dollar over 8000 for mine because of that. Take my advice and stay away from this place. The owner is a racist and a huge scam artist that sells broken and possibly stolen vehicles. His employees are okay I guess, I only met the greeter who was nice and helpful (he's the one that warned me that the owner only works with salvage title cars), but other than that the place is terrible.

I recently ( late April, 2016 ) bought a car from Best Western Motor in Phoenix, a company that specializes in purchasing from insurance companies lightly damaged vehicles that for some reason are being sold as salvaged titled vehicles. Calling from the Seattle area on an Autotrader ad on an "05 Acura RL with low miles, I got what I expected after talking to Jason at Best Western Motor. I chanced the purchase based on Jason's description, put a holding deposit on the car, purchased a one way flight to Phoenix, looked the car over and test drove it, completed the deal and happily drove it home 1500 miles.
