RE: Guest did not check-out on time, after even extending théir check-out time till 1:30pmCustomer [redacted] did mot check-out om time aven after hotel generously extended their check-out time several times. Check-out time is 12:00pm non, hotel extended check-out time till 12:30 then 1:00pm when...

they asked for additional time, hotel adviseguest 1:00pm would be latest check-out time without any charge. Customer then sent someone from their room to inform hotel that their room has been check-out at around 1:10pm and everyone has vacated room, at this time hotel sent housekeeping to clean the room. Housekeeping staff reported t ront desk that there were several people still in room and they have not even started packing ore an attempted to check-out. Front desk manager went to check the room after housekeeping repo droom was still occupied, none of our staff was rude or yelling at guests, they informed guest tha is already past check-out and would reed to vacate room or there would be charge for late check-out. Guests did not check-out until after 1:30pm, hotel still did not charge for late check-out. Guest is [redacted] about this entire incident, they were a "party room" and are trying to scam hotel, they already called a complain to Best Western directly and hotel is not offering any compensation, guest has been placed bn our "DNR" list (Do Not Rent). Guests actually think that hotel would not verify check-outs after o est comes down to check-out of hotel, so was tryingto stay in room longer than they are supposed to aid do not want to pay or leave the room.
