Best Western Peachtree City Inn & Suites

My complaint actually involves multiple complaint types Service issues, billing issues, customer service issues, etc We stayed at their establishment for one night when we moved from Florida to Georgia The trouble started at the beginning First we were directed to "our" room, but it was occupied by someone else
The cleanliness of the facility is subpar; roaches in the outside hallways, the rooms were not sanitary at all, low quality repairs, falling apart overall essentially The linens had hair on them from other people The last straw was when my year old son got into the shower, he cut his foot inside the tub on broken fiberglass of the tub When we reported this to the hotel, they charged us $under incidentals to replace the tub The tub is many years old already, and previously broken before my son stepped into the tub
It is terrible that we should be responsible for paying for repairs to an old establishment for fixtures that are already falling apart
