Best WesternSeptember 19, Revdex.com W Shaw Lane Fresno, Ca RE:12380014Dear Revdex.com, Mr [redacted] checked into our motel 9/7/and checked out 9/10/into a non-smoking roomAfter checking out he was charged for smoking damages because not only our maid but two other individuals experienced smoke from his room, as well as finding ashThe guest was aware that there was a smoking penalty of dollars at check in and signed a document explaining he understoodOnce he was charged for damages he became irate and began to harass our front desk clerkI, [redacted] *., the manager contacted Mr [redacted] on the 9/11/when his offitial complaint tame through our 'systemWe agreed to refund him the dollars on that day even though he was in the wrong, informed him that he was placed on the DO NOT RENT list on our property and also that it may take 7-days for his bank to release the money to himEven after we explained to him that we refunded him for the damages charge and emailed him a receipt proving so he spent the next four days constantly calling our front desk, sending us over emails In a single day, filling out every social media review he could find and sending us threatening fax stating that if we didn't give him his money he would continue to give us bad reviews where ever he couldIt reached the point that we contacted the police to make a report, unfortunately the police informed us he was on the border of breaking the law and unless he started to call us several times an hour for a day they couldn't do anything about itMr, [redacted] eventually stopped emailing and calling us and we haven't heard from him in a week until we received your letterWe feel we have done nothing but be courteous and kind to Mr [redacted] , even though he was the one to cause damages to our property and harass our employeesThank You [redacted] *, ManagerBest Western Pine Tree

Once he was charged for damages he became irate and began to harass our front desk clerk. I, [redacted]., the manager contacted Mr. [redacted] on the 9/11/17 when his offitial complaint tame through our 'system.
