Hello, It is our extreme displeasure that the guest had faced multiple responses regarding their issue. As per their concern, the guest made a reservation through [redacted] with the...

strict policy that the total of the charge may be charged anytime after confirmation, and that in case of cancellation or a no show the full payment of the stay will be charged. Although we do understand why the guest chose not to stay at our hotel unfortunately we have limited parking and cannot confirm parking to all of our guests, and as an alternative do suggest street parking or alternate parking garages. As per the policies confirmed with the guest at the time of reservation we cannot issue a refund of the stay but as a courtesy would love to have them back and offer them a 10% discount with free parking upon availability. Hello, We understand you have made the reservation through [redacted], and unfortunately you would have to confirm with them regarding the refund since they directed you to change hotels and, as stated, are responsible for debiting your account.As per the initial issue, we understood that you had arrived at the hotel and refused to stay at the hotel since you were not satisfied with the option of street parking, as our hotel parking spaces were completely occupied. We do apologize that this issue is still of concern, and has not been resolved. Thank you for your patience in this matter. Best, Ishrat J[redacted] Assistant General Manager

I didn't make reservations with the personnel at the Best Western. I made it with [redacted] and [redacted] is responsible for refunding my money due too the email that was sent directing us to make reservations at another hotel. After receiving notification from [redacted], I made another reservation on their website. The representative Sun May informed me that she would call the hotel on my behalf. After, I received an email instructing me to make reservations at another hotel.

Review: Made reservations online. Arrived at hotel on 07-**-15 and was told that there was no availble parking spaces and I had to park on the street inwhich I declined. I'm from out of town, not fimilar with the neighborhood. They refused to cancel the resevation saying I needed to speak with the manager AND THAT MY DEBIT CARD WASN'T CHARGED YET BUT, SHE CHARGED MY CARD DIRECTLY AFTER WE LEFT OUT. Manger numbr was given to me. I called manager, no connection. I called [redacted] and explained the situation and they tried to contact the manager with no luck but, stated that they would continue to try. I get home on 07-**-15 and check my acct to see that I was charged 377.67 on 7=**-15 for staying at that hotel that I didn't stay at. Call hotel and manager says that [redacted] should had canceled the reservation and [redacted] saying that the Best Western should had made the cancellation.Desired Settlement: I was the 377.67 debit credited back into my Fifth Third Acct. And theis matter placed on permently file with the Revdex.com for future reference. Reference reservation# [redacted] Pin code# [redacted].
