To whom it may concern, I will be contacting the local media there and advising consumers not to stay at this hotelI have provided proof that there were indeed bugs in my room and will be showing the news as wellAs far as the person who responded to the complaint, he obviously has no sense of professionalism as he had wrote on what looks to be scratch paperI have also taken the liberty to contact the people on Yelp who have also had this same problem with the GM/Owner of this establishmentAccording to some of the people I spoke to, who has had the same problem the GM was just as rude and nasty As far a being a "Scammer" I have well paying career, quite honestly I find it sad that someone who is in the hospitality industry has no regards to other peoples health and well beingGood thing I didn't decide to eat there who knows what they have crawling aroundAt this point I am not gonna hold my breath on a refund, but I feel it is my obligation to let the people know the issue this hotel has as I'm not the only one who has had a bad experience personally with this GM or this hotel V/R [redacted]
