Best Western Plus Historic Area Inn

Vacation stay at Best Western Plus Historic Area Inn from 07/12/18 to 7/15/18 Confirmation #XXXXXX. The reservation made thru AAA *** using a Credit Card Authorization that I signed 06/18/2018, booking ID XXX XXXX for the AMOUNT *** I realize this didn't guarantee a tax increase wouldn't be included when we stayed. I gave my approval for advanced payment to my credit card (as I did with all the other four hotels that were booked for this vacation with no problem). When we checked out of Historic Area Inn hotel (this was the only hotel that didn't book with pre-payment) the counter clerk looked at what our booking rate was and what the hotel charged and even stated that the charge was much more than any tax cost would be. We were not advised of any other additional charges. The difference between what I signed and considered as a contract was ***

I have a copy of check out receipt and advanced reservation receipts that can be forwarded. I also have several emails from correspondence with Best Western Customer Service where I felt their reps just brushed me off and I don't know why the AAA Oregon/Idaho Grants Pass Office manager also brushed this off as well. The reservation clearly states prices as *** (1st night) and *** (following 2 nights) AND also states of Rate *** per night x 3 and if you add up either of these two formulas they will equal *** I was over charged a total of *** with the difference of *** with no explanation for this difference from hotel clerk or customer service. I have not been able to get an explanation for an extra charge, all I've been told was the charge was correct.
